Position: Guest Experience Manager (PH)
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST|9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Phil time
Pay Range: $2500 per month
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manager responsible for the guest experience department, which includes all reservations, guest communications, resolutions/refunds, reviews, etc.
- Manage and motivate our 6-person guest experience team to follow processes & deliver exceptional service every day.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-end, demanding guests, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members in customer service best practices.
- Develop and enforce guest service policies and procedures.
- Work with marketing and management on outreach and promotional initiatives.
- Handle data entry tasks related to guest experiences and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the US-based Airbnb or vacation rental industry.
- Proven experience in a senior/leadership position managing offshore guest experience teams in the hotel or Airbnb property management industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter who excels at working independently and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and issues efficiently and gracefully.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Streamline property management system (PMS) preferred.
