Job Description

Are you ready to be the guiding star for our Growth Assistants at GrowthAssistant As a GSM, you'll be the go-to guru responsible for ensuring our Assistants shine bright and succeed in their roles. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success and HR teams to create an environment where everyone thrives.

What You'll Be Rockin:

  • Monthly Meet-Ups: You'll connect with your book of 80 Growth Assistants at least once a monththink of it as your personal assistant pep rally!
  • Training Wizardry: Craft and execute training and onboarding plans that are not just timely and accurate, but downright magical!
  • GA Way Ambassador: Instill the GA Way philosophy in every new hire's experience, turning them into true believers from day one.
  • Satisfaction Sentinel: Ensure our GAs are loving their client placements and rolesbecause happy Assistants make for happy clients!
  • Office Hours Extraordinaire: Host regular office hours where GAs can drop in for guidance, support, or just to chat about their day.
  • Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions while coaching and mentoring GAs to reach their full potential.
  • Feedback Champion: Own the feedback loop by regularly gathering and reporting on GA insights, keeping our core values alive and kicking!
  • Collaborative Spirit: Team up with HR to provide tailored performance reviews and help shape the future of our Assistants.
  • Webinar Wizard: Create and host internal webinars that make training fun and informative.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Work with the Customer Success Manager to relay feedback and development plans to clients while reporting on key people operations metrics to the Customer Experience Lead.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role where you've inspired and guided others.
  • Training and Coaching Pro: 3+ years of experience as a trainer or coach, with a flair for making learning enjoyable.
  • Diverse Background: Experience across various industries (bonus points if you've danced in the marketing realm).
  • Presentation Skills: A knack for creating presentations, decks, and action plans that captivate and inform.
  • Process Builder: Experience building processes and systems from scratchlet's turn chaos into order!
  • Passion for Development: A genuine love for leadership and helping others grow.
  • Communication Whiz: Strong verbal and written communication skills that make you a joy to work with.
  • Metrics Maven: Experience reporting on results and success metrics for training and people operations.
