I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage high-volume, high-quality marketing channels.
- Optimize inbound marketing efforts and conversion rates.
- Oversee all paid acquisition efforts and managing budgets.
- Increase website traffic through paid and organic search efforts to maximize the platform as a high-performing acquisition channel.
- Develop and manage digital and field marketing events.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience
o Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Report on acquisition, marketing cost, and ROI metrics.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
o Work with and manage marketing team other stakeholders to maintain the company's digital presence
o Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in company's marketing campaigns
- Work with sales teams to capture and convert inbound demand.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field;
- At least 3 years working experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrable experience in strategizing and executing SEO/SEM, email, paid search, and paid social advertising, and remarketing campaigns;
- Creates high-quality SEO content strategy and delivery roadmap that showcases the company's expertise as a thought leader in the industry, engages our audience, and drives brand awareness.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Business);
- Working knowledge on funneling market qualified leads to CRM
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Other Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
