Servbees isthe Philippines first neighborhood negosyo app, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and champion local e-commerce businesses.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our growth in the vibrant online marketplace, connecting with a diverse range of businesses from restaurants and retailers to service providers and artisans to bring their unique offerings to our platform. This position requires a mix of sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and the power of online communities.

Responsibilities:

• Growth Hacker: Help develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and merchant growth on the Servbees platform.
• Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential merchants across various industries (food, retail, services, etc.) to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Relationship Builder: Forge strong connections with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and Servbees champion.
• Sales Pro: Deliver compelling pitches and negotiate win-win deals that bring new merchants onto our platform.
• Onboarding Guru: Guide merchants through a seamless onboarding process and set them up for success.
• Customer Success Champion: Empower merchants to maximize their online presence and sales on Servbees through ongoing support and guidance.
• Community Catalyst: Participate in online and offline events to grow our community and gather valuable feedback.
• Growth Accelerator: Collaborate with our Growth team to develop innovative strategies and campaigns that drive results.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
• A passion for e-commerce and a genuine desire to help local businesses thrive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Tagalog and English.
• A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
