Job Description

Job Summary

  • Perform secretarial and clerical functions for the Group Head and the other officers in the group.


  • How will you contribute

    • Handle administrative requirements of the group such as preparation of internal communication and monitoring of in and out of various documents.
    • Assist in the servicing of client requests, answering simple client queries, sending checks and documents to clients and their other banking requirements

    What will make you successful

    • College Graduate, Relevant Bachelors Degree
    • Proficient in standard word processor and Spreadsheet.
    • Knowledgeable with document filing and scheduling of activities.
    • Familiar with basic accounting processes.
    • Highly analytical
    • Possesses above average communication skills (English and Filipino)
    • Fast Learner, Diligent, Hardworking, Highly Organized.
    • Able to work with minimum supervision
    • Trustworthy and can handle confidential matters
    • At least three years experience in secretarial or administrative tasks is an advantage
