  • Job Summary


The Group Secretary assists their partner in charge with administrative, clerical, and development support. The Group Secretary serves as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the partner in charge and their respective group including clients if necessary.
  • Qualifications

Graduate of Business Administration, Education, or any related field (graduate of B.S. Accountancy or any business course is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Responsibilities

Timely and accurate submission of required reports

Regular monitoring of reports and other clerical tasks

Prompt and efficient preparation of communication

Proper maintenance of clients and group files both hard copy and soft copy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

English (Preferred)
