As a Group Reservations Officer, you will manage high volumes of inquiries, bookings, and guest support through calls and emails with utmost precision and dedication. Your role will ensure guests experience top-tier service, from handling reservations to providing accurate and timely responses. You will also collaborate with various teams, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the continuous growth and success of our client's hospitality operations.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM MNL), Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Permanent WFH

Crafting Exceptional Stays with Every Booking
  • Manage inbound calls and emails to create bookings promptly and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and precise responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, trade partners, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Contribute actively by collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment as a dedicated team player.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of properties, resources, systems, inventory, and trade partners.
  • Upsell and cross-sell inventory and properties confidently to maximize revenue and support business growth.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team targets.
  • Troubleshoot trade or reservation-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver memorable Australian travel experiences with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Adapt to flexible hours based on operational requirements, currently aligned with Monday - Friday business hours and set WFH days.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed to support the reservations team's efficiency.

Requirements

Your Keys to a Seamless Guest Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the tourism industry, including managing high-end products and bookings in reservations or a related customer service role.
  • Solid understanding of the trade distribution network.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and professional phone manner, with precise email correspondence skills able to confidently and empathetically handle and resolve challenging calls in line with communication guidelines and company policies.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and positively to varying work pace.
  • Technologically savvy, with the ability to operate multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience with a Property Management System or Reservations System (preferred).
  • Proven experience in working toward key performance indicators (KPIs).
