Job Title: Group Manager - Process Training

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Manager for Process Training to lead our training team and drive alignment with our business goals. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance, identifying training needs, and delivering impactful training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business objectives.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance.
- Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and conducting needs assessments.
- Develop and deliver training solutions that effectively address business needs.
- Optimize training processes for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Manage resources, working with internal employees to develop and deliver high-quality training.
- Oversee the technology and personnel necessary for training development and delivery.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- Proven track record in training program development and management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate, Epiplex, Canva, and Visio.
- Knowledge and experience with at least two Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel training, preferably in a Travel Management Company (TMC) or similar environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale training projects in both in-house and outsourced settings.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve training objectives.
