JOB SUMMARYThe Ground Supervisor/Planner is responsible for overseeing the overall landscaping within the Farmer's Agro-Industrial Park. This duty includes crafting, developing, and implementing plans, procedures, and policies according to the manual in terms of environmental compliance. He/she delegates tasks and monitors the accomplishments of his/her subordinates and prepares operational reports.
- Supervise, monitor, and guide Ground Crews to ensure quality of work and accomplish within the given time. Check task accomplishments ensuring that it is still aligned with the weekly schedules.
- Prepare a schedule of activities and delegate tasks to maximize the duties and responsibilities and reduce time consumption.
- Monitor Ground Crews including identifying manpower to assist other divisions like Auxiliary Operations or Building Equipment and Maintenance in their operation as needed. It includes assigning Ground Crews to their designated areas and delegating tasks to accomplish.
- Monitor Auxiliary Operations Equipment and activities of Building Equipment and Maintenance such as project status, work requests, work order, and operations.
- Helps Building Equipment and Maintenance Supervisor in crafting and preparing of maintenance equipment from planning to implementation.
- Process and follow up on Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) of maintenance equipment in AX to ensure continuous operation.
- Assists the Facilities and Auxiliary Operations Manager in preparing the Operational reports under FAIP Administration through submission of project status reports.
- Prepares Maintenance Plan of Equipment based on manual recommendation.
