Graphics SpecialistThe Graphics Specialist produces, re-creates, edits, formats and layouts business presentations and documents according to the clients specifications using MS Office applications.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
Produce, re-create, edit, format and lay out business presentations and documents according to consultant's specifications using MS Office applications.
- Ensure that all documents sent to the consultant's meet the standards on quality as per the committed time.
Perform page-by-page quality check to ensure report is error free.- Strictly follow workflow processes as per the SOP.
Understand, use and contribute best practices for production.
- Assist the team leaders in mentoring new recruits.
Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management.- Continue to develop speed, accuracy and production skills.
Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information.
- Have good co-ordination with team members/colleagues, supervisors, managers, and clients.
Achieve customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
With advanced proficiency in MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- With experience using Adobe Suite (PS & Illustrator)
Must be amenable to work in Makati
- Must be amenable to rotating and shifting schedule (AM, PM or Night Shift)
- Education and Experience:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage
