- Conducting competitor research to ensure that visual content remains innovative and appealing.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a graphic designer with a focus on marketing and brand development.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ability to create engaging visual content, from static images to multimedia formats.
- Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Experience in designing A/B tests to optimize visual performance on social media or websites.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and how visual content can support digital marketing strategies.
