Creating Visual Masterpieces that Empower Brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new web pages, and update existing ones using WordPress Gutenberg block editor.
  
• Create and implement visually appealing, user-friendly page blocks and layouts.
  
• Design logos, graphics, and a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, social media assets, and website visuals to enhance brand presence.
  
• Collaborate with Marketing and IT managers, and other subject matter experts, to ensure web content meets business needs and objectives.
  
• Ensure all designs adhere to basic WCAG guidelines, use effective contrasting colors, and follow SEO best practices.
  
• Provide suggestions and recommendations for website improvements and enhancements.
  

• Timely completion of web design and development projects.
  
• High quality and creativity in design work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  
• Adherence to WCAG guidelines and SEO standards.
  
• Effective collaboration with marketing, IT, and other business teams.
  
• Positive user engagement and feedback on website usability and visual appeal.
  

• Implement approved changes to company websites.
  
• Suggest and recommend website design and functionality improvements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and feedback for website updates.
  

• Marketing Team: Ensure website content aligns with marketing strategies and campaigns.
  
• IT Team: Ensure technical feasibility and seamless integration of web designs.
  
• Other Business Stream Leads: Engage to understand business needs and incorporate them into website designs and updates.
  

Requirements

• Strong background in graphic and web design, with experience in WordPress Gutenberg.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with basic WCAG guidelines and SEO best practices.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, IT, and business teams.
