- Lead the conceptualization and creation of visually striking designs for digital and print materials, aligning with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Generate innovative design concepts and solutions to effectively communicate complex electrical infrastructure concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop design strategies that enhance brand recognition and drive engagement across various platforms.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide design recommendations, and obtain feedback to refine deliverables.
- Oversee the production process, including liaising with external vendors and printers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality printed materials and promotional items.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development within the marketing team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align design initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding and reinforcing brand guidelines and visual standards across all design projects and marketing materials.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design or a comparable role
- Willing to travel to BGC, Taguig
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated expertise in video production and animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
- Comprehensive portfolio highlighting diverse design and multimedia projects
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, or a relevant field
