• Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our newly built team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences. As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering impactful designs across various mediums.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:

Collaborate with marketing and CMO to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.

Create mood boards, sketches, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.

• Design Execution:

Develop and produce high-quality visual designs, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branding materials.

• Design assets for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging).

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, refine designs, and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.

Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects.

• Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

• Innovation and Creativity:

Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and trends to continuously improve and innovate the design process.

• Propose and implement creative solutions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.

Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
