Graphic Designer/Social Media Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented graphic designer with strong skills in developing branding strategies to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital design and branding. You'll also have the opportunity to work on various projects for our client, including website design, social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital assets.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Branding:

Develop and lead creative concepts and strategies that meet client objectives and align with their brand identity.

• Oversee the development of branding strategies for our client, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand message across all channels.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client touchpoints, including websites, social media, advertising, and other marketing collateral.

• Graphics Design:

Create visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

• Ensure all design work adheres to the client's brand guidelines and meets high standards of quality.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our client is ahead of the curve.

• Social Media:

Assist in managing the client's social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals.

Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant insights into design work.

• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure that creative concepts align with overall marketing strategies.

• Qualifications:

Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.

• Strong conceptual and creative skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with basic design principles, such as typography, color theory, and composition.

• Recent hands-on experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices.

Can work well with a team.
