- Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for our clients websites and social media channels. Additionally, you will support our broader graphic design services, producing a variety of media including flyers, posters, and merchandise. Your expertise with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite will be crucial in delivering high-quality, impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web and Social Media Graphics:
-Design and produce graphics for client websites, ensuring alignment with their branding and visual identity.
-Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media posts across various platforms and landing pages.
-Develop a wide range of media, including flyers, posters, brochures, and merchandise, to meet diverse client needs.
-Ensure all designs are print-ready and adhere to production specifications.
-Work closely with clients to understand their branding requirements and deliver logo and brand designs that effectively communicate their message.
-Maintain consistency in branding across all client materials.
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
-Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine and execute design concepts.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to keep our design offerings fresh and innovative.
-Propose creative ideas and design solutions that enhance the visual impact of client projects.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across web, social media, and print.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with other design tools and software is a plus.
- Design and Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with a strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively. Collaborative approach to working with clients and team members to achieve the best design outcomes.
- Preferred Qualifications:
