Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will combine technical expertise with creative flair to enhance the website user experience by creating graphic design work. Together with the development team, the graphic designer will create all front-facing elements of the website from wireframes / mockups for Shopify and WordPress, digital banners, and graphics. He / She will also work closely with the marketing team to improve engagement across our digital channels by generating and editing brand-aligned assets and content.

• Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce collateral for websites and marketing

• Create, review and edit video, audio, and image content for use within communication channels, liaising closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure content is relevant and appropriate

Designing digital banners, assets, and graphics

• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

Create website wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for Shopify and Wordpress platforms

• Develop and maintain the image, video, and audio library databases

Support teams across the organization with design work requirements using graphic design software

• Liaise with marketing and development teams to ensure a smooth flow of work and deadlines are met

Tracks and reports to the team and give feedback to ensure effectiveness in work

• Keep up to date with trends across e-commerce, social media, graphic design, photography and video

Propose new ideas and share this insight with the team.

• Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in a photo / video shoot and editing

Experienced on design, layout work and web designs, and media advertising banners and templates.

• Solid understanding of how to create powerful, interactive and appealing designs for media contents

Skilled in ADOBE applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and or any related applications)

• Experience in creating website wireframes using Figma / Adobe XD is an advantage

Must be highly creative, and able to work with a team and with minimum supervision.

• Ability to present concepts verbally

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Tagalog.
