MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- In charge of executing and leading the Creative team in developing design elements for new brands including overall design concept, logo, brand guidelines, and other related elements as approved by the Marketing Manager and the Managing Director;
- Responsible for standardizing all booth designs including architectural layout designs for store types based on standards, designs, and specifications of Icon Group as approved by the Marketing Director and Managing Director both company and dealer-owned including giving recommendations on the type of materials to be used for signages, baseboards, wall accents, and menu boards;
- Lead in the overall design directive of advertising and promotional materials offline and online;
- Coordinates closely with other departments for fast transactions and accomplishments;
- Maintains designs, records, and documents and organizes the files and archive system to facilitate expeditious retrieval of information;
- Align proper roles and deliverables to his team members to be able to deliver all the requirements from the Creative team OTIF (on time and in full);
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned in special projects from time to time, especially major ones.
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- A graduate of architecture, information technology, fine arts, multi-media arts, or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least three (3) years of experience as a graphic artist in a creative agency, food manufacturing, or equivalent professional practice;
- Must possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality;
- Excellent in decision making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Excellent eye for details and must have minimal to zero errors in output;
- Must have excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
- Must have up-to-date knowledge of leading design software and technologies;
- Highly professional in committed time and deadlines;
- Must properly schedule project implementation and define budget constraints;
- Must be able to present design ideas to a wide range of audiences as needed;
- Work professionally as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, photographers, executives, and others as needed;
- Must be available to internal clients and must properly respond to design requests as soon as possible.
