What you'll do:

As a Graphic Designer, you will interpret and implement design directions from the Studio Manager/Senior Graphic Designer, oversee projects for the SM, assist the SGD with scheduling and delegation, and ensure all work is completed accurately and on time. You will adhere to systems and procedures, obtain necessary approvals before printing or going live, deliver finished artwork as instructed, enforce Client-specific and company style guides, uphold the companys image, and manage company assets under your control.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Understanding direction given from SM/SGD & creating effective design solutions
  • Directly accountable for projects required by SM
  • Assist SGD scheduling/project delegation within Studio to ensure all expectations of client requests are met
  • Ensure all work is completed, meets briefs assigned to project deadlines
  • Follow existing systems & procedures where applicable (time tracking, purchase orders recorded, etc.)
  • Ensure approvals are sought & gained for all work prior to going to print or going live
  • Provide finished artwork as directed by AM/Supplier/Client
  • Have excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy & outcomes
  • Monitor & enforce Client specific style guide for all external documents (where applicable)
  • Monitor and enforce DMC Group style guide for all external documents
  • Maintain & promote the best company image
  • Care of all company assets under employee control

Successful candidates should have:


  • At least 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and layout for both digital and print marketing materials, including publications, signage, POS, Billboards, web banners, promotional material and more.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Animate
  • Web design/development knowledge would be advantageous
  • An understanding & belief of the company's core values & culture
  • Good working knowledge of all core design software
  • Ability to develop relationships with key contacts

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas when necessary
