Graphic Designer for Skincare Brand

Derma Roller Philippines, a thriving company established in 2020, is seeking a talented and proactive in-house Graphic Artist to support our marketing efforts. If you are passionate about marketing and desings, have experience with Canva and Adobe Suite, are well-versed in social media marketing, and have the ability to manage online shopping platforms, we want you to be part of our team.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize and design captivating visual content using Canva and Adobe Suite for diverse marketing campaigns and social media platforms, including but not limited to videos, photos, packaging designs, store product images, and banners.

• Graphic Design and Branding: Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for packaging, online marketplace banners, brand identity materials, promotional materials, and other graphic design assets to resonate with the target audience.

• Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate in the execution of marketing initiatives, encompassing email marketing, digital advertising, offline advertising, and other physical marketing events, ensuring consistent visual representation of the brand across all channels.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and discern customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.

• Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties related to marketing, including organizing marketing files, collaterals, and assets, as well as assisting with project coordination to facilitate smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a focus on graphic design, digital arts, or a similar discipline.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various file formats, including AI, 3D rendering, and CAD, demonstrating versatility in handling diverse design requirements.

A strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, evidenced by a portfolio showcasing innovative and visually captivating designs.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design within the skincare industry or a related field.

• Experience with Meta Paid Ads is a plus
