Graphic Designer
Job Description Summary
As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Graphic Designer works to execute the strategic vision of a variety of marketing deliverables, including sales materials, digital graphics, content marketing projects, client presentations, events materials and property marketing collateral.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting visual marketing requirements by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under deadlines using Adobe CC and as required, Microsoft O360 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

About the Role:
Support requirements of incoming creative design requests
Review and understand creative brief (if formal brief provided) or project background and requirements to prepare for the development of the project
Work with Creative Lead/Manager on vision for design
With input of Creative Lead/Manager or Sr. Graphic Designer, develop materials based on design or project direction to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
With input of Creative Lead/Manager or Sr. Graphic Designer, develop creative materials and provide a first level of quality control
Finalize projects for review by Creative Lead/Manager and other QC reviewers, and prepare for distribution
Coordinate production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print (as needed, preparing notes and instructions for printers); and liaising with Project Coordinator or Marketing Operations Manager as needed
Understand, employ and adhere to company brand standards
Support the design of original files, utilize existing custom designs, or work creativity within standard templates to support efficient delivery of materials; update templates as necessary
Support design and format marketing materials, including offering memorandums, property brochures, thought leadership reports, infographics, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, direct mail, e-blasts, postcards, pop-up banners, property tour books, corporate materials and event invitations
Create and modify maps to illustrate relevant information
Create tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in a highly efficient manner
Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill
Produce creative collateral to support the business, ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product; utilize available creative programs
Manage creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects
Prioritize total workload with input of manager and project coordinator
Communicate with Project Coordinator and or Marketing Operations Manager regarding priority, progress, deadlines and outstanding questions throughout project life cycle
About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline
3+ years of graphic design experience or any similar combination of education and experience
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of html and digital marketing methods
Understand, design, and use infographics and iconography to create effective visual communication
Commercial real estate experience a plus
Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
