We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling graphics and engaging content tailored for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

The graphic designer will work closely with engineers, other designers, the CEO, and other subject matter experts to create content.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and present creative briefs to the team

• Developing social media campaigns in support of line of business objectives

Develop social ads, infographics, featured images, illustrations, and other designs using preferred software.

• Must be well-versed in creating creative posts specifically for advertisements on platforms like Instagram or Facebook.

Ability to work independently

• What we are looking for:

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and social media projects is required. You must include a link to your portfolio included in your CV.

• Proficiency in design software (Canva or Photoshop).

4+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer (with a focus on social media).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.

• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.

Proactive and able to work independently.

• Proficient in social media management, content creation

• Not Required (Nice to have):

Experience running a NON-HEALTH INSURANCE AD CAMPAIGN is a plus

• Familiarity with brand identity and marketing strategies.
