THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality visuals that enhance our digital and print communications. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Essential Functions
Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:
- Conceptualize and create original graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, and other visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital products, including websites, apps, and online platforms.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and design objectives.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks, provide updates, and address any design-related challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and collaboration with other team members.
Feedback and Revisions:
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine and improve designs, ensuring they meet expectations and objectives.
- Stay open to constructive criticism and continuously seek ways to enhance design quality and creativity.
Design Tools and Software Proficiency:
- Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools, to create high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and efficiency.
Brand Development and Innovation:
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's brand identity, providing fresh and innovative ideas that keep the brand relevant and appealing.
- Experiment with new design techniques and formats to push creative boundaries and deliver cutting-edge visuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote or freelance environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience in web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and animation tools.
Experience in working with global brands or in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design tasks.
Ability to adapt to new design trends, tools, and technologies.
