We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This dual role will involve creating visually appealing marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including flyers, email content, print materials, slide decks, social media graphics, and other promotional materials
- Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates for use across the organization
- Collaborate with the social media manager and marketing team to design engaging and on-brand campaigns that drive engagement and support business goals
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel
Brand Management:
- Implement and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders understand and adhere to brand standards
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure brand consistency and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices
- Work with external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency in all outsourced projects
