We are seeking for a talented Digital Graphic Designer with a strong B2B background to create compelling graphics and graphical assets that resonate with professional audiences. This role demands a creative individual who can navigate the demands of both digital and print design with ease. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, practical skills, and a digital-first mindset to our team, contributing to projects that range from ad banners and emails to print and digital flyers, brochures, eBooks, and whitepapers, with a secondary focus on digital design/layouts, particularly using HubSpot (like emails, landing pages, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including ad banners, emails, flyers, brochures, eBooks, and whitepapers, that align with client and company objectives.
- Contribute to digital design & layout projects, especially in creating layouts and graphics for HubSpot emails, landing pages, and websites.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Exercise a high degree of autonomy in design decisions, from concept to execution.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our creative output.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, specifically within B2B environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and building layouts in it.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital and print materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and creative solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
