Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant - Social Media & Canva Designer to help us enhance our online presence and drive engagement for our solar programs. If you are passionate about social media, creative design, and making a positive impact in the renewable energy sector, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage creative social media content (primarily for Facebook) using Canva.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor Facebook Ads to drive lead generation for our solar programs.
- Manage and grow our Facebook community, ensuring active engagement with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics from social campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially for the Australian market.
Requirements:
- Experience working within the solar industry is REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies for the Australian market.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
