As a Graphic Designer
at 5ELK, you'll have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive paid training program upon joining our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with financial advisers in Australia, playing a vital part in delivering exceptional back-office administration and professional support. Your contributions will directly help individuals achieve their financial goals.
Meet with Marketing Manager / Leader to determine scope of design requirements and timeframe
Discuss and agree on the message and design the material should portray
Create images / graphics / visuals / audio that convey the message
Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages
Select colors, images, text style and layout
Present design to Marketing Manager / Leader
Incorporate changes recommended
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
Meet with Marketing Manager / Leader to determine scope of design requirements
Discuss and agree on the message and design the material should portray
Create images / graphics / visuals / audio that convey the message
Create designs using computer software packages with output appropriate for digital use.
Select colors, images, text style and layout using the correct file size, dimensions, and format for each asset
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in arts, Digital marketing, Graphic design or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application software
Working knowledge of the internet
Working knowledge of Evolution and ITS
Intermediate knowledge of lead generation initiatives
Intermediate communication and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Focused on developing self

WordPress skills
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Design Suite.
