Graphic Artist

GRAPHIC ARTIST

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production. As a Graphics Artist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually stunning graphics and multimedia content that align with our brand identity and objectives.

• Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics for a variety of digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, infographics, brochures, posters, and presentations.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and to ensure that designs meet brand standards and messaging goals.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to execute design projects from concept to final deliverable.

Expertise in motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to create engaging multimedia content, including animations, promotional videos, and tutorials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia production, and incorporate innovative techniques into design projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive visual communication across all channels.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and multimedia projects, with an emphasis on creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
