Graphic Artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Artist to join our dynamic advertising company. The Graphic Artist will be responsible for photo editing using Photoshop, creating mockups, and resizing billboard layouts. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to perform basic animations using After Effects. The ideal candidate should possess a solid educational background in Graphic Design or basic animation from a Vocational Course and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in Graphic Design. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and animation skills are crucial for this role. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn on the job, organized in handling files, punctual, and a fast learner.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform photo editing tasks using Photoshop to enhance images and create visually appealing content for advertising campaigns.
  

• Create mockups for various advertising materials, including billboards, posters, brochures, and digital ads.
  

• Resize billboard layouts and other graphical elements to meet specific project requirements.
  

• Utilize After Effects to produce basic animations for digital marketing initiatives.
  

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
  

• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
  

• Manage and organize design files efficiently for easy retrieval and collaboration with team members.
  

• Ensure projects are completed within designated timelines and meet the company's quality standards.
  

• Work closely with clients or project managers to understand design requirements and deliver outstanding visual assets.
  
  
• Requirements:

• Educational Background: Vocational Course in Graphic Design or basic animation.
  

• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design or related field.
  

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Photoshop (basic to intermediate level) for photo editing and graphic design tasks. Basic animation skills using After Effects.
  

• Eagerness to Learn: Strong desire and willingness to learn new techniques, software, and design trends.
  

• Professional Traits: Highly organized in handling design files, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines. A fast learner who can adapt quickly to new challenges.
  

• Portfolio: A well-curated portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and showcasing previous work.
  
  Preferred Skills (not mandatory but a plus):
  

• Knowledge of other design software like Illustrator and InDesign.
  

• Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing.
  

• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
