Confer with clients to determine their specific graphic design requirements and provide suggestions
Produce illustrations for proposals and other documents including cover pages, process flow charts, and posters
Design graphics, branding, and marketing materials including corporate templates, flyers, logos, and business cards
Update and reproduce existing graphics while maintaining the essence of all images and ensuring that copyright problems are kept at bay
Provide recommendations for visual depictions of information so that maximum appeal and impact is maintained
Revise subject matters for graphic presentations and ensure that design formats are properly synced
Prepare and oversee the development of original designs, drawings, and exhibits for both internal and external publications
Advise clients on pending graphics, publications, and artwork and ensure that they are aware of costs and constraints of each project
Review layouts and final plans for production purposes and evaluate artistic media against set assessment parameters
Coordinate production workflow to ensure that all periodicals, brochures, and manuscripts are published on time
Check printer proofs for layout and other problems and provide detailed feedback to printing teams
Manage and execute backlist text corrections prior to each publication being sent for final printing
Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint effectively
Must be familiar with vector based programs like Adobe Illustrator, Corel DRAW, and Photoshop- Basic knowledge of the creation of simple graphics, their design and layout for print, web, mobile applications, and other uses

Knowledge of overall graphic design processes like layout and typography; must be familiar with Adobe InDesign.
