Job description:- Create, design and produce artwork including illustrations, logos, publications, advertising and company collaterals based on the direction from the Corporate Communications Manager and requirement of internal clients
Develop graphics and layouts for corporate communications from conceptualization to production (e.g. corporate/brand identity manual, company newsletter/employee magazine, annual reports, e-mail alerts, company intranet, presentations, corporate website, social media, etc.)- Provide creative and technical advice during the concept design and development stage to produce new ideas and ensure client expectations are clearly understood and accurately reflected
Confer with clients to discuss design specifications or other work orders as needed
- Ensure designs are completed in a timely manner (allowing for drafts, review and feedback of designs submitted)
Coordinate with copy writers and other graphic and multi-media artists on collaborative projects- Archive soft copies of all artworks and digital assets such as company logos, brand/corporate manuals, annual reports, employee magazines etc.
Maintain a record of Corp Comm Job Orders (JO) as basis for output and productivity
- Sustain technical knowledge by learning new multimedia technologies and participating in design workshops
Do other tasks or special projects from time to time or when need arises
Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts / Advertising / Multi Media Arts / Graphic Design or equivalen- At least 1 yr of related experience in Graphic designing.
Strong visual sense, creative flair and ability to create original or out of the box concept
- Competent in art/fine art, communication design, multimedia, photography, print and digital media management
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; After Effects or Premiere is a plus- Above par typography skills; knowledgeable in different formats and printing requirements such as pixel image, vector graphic, pdf, eps, rgb, cmyk, jpg, tiff, png, ai, etc.
Good in time management, problem solving and organizational skills; must have high level of attention to details
- Ability to anticipate and work under pressure or tight deadlines
Possesses good interpersonal skills; must be flexible, patient and comfortable in a highly collaborative environment- A matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected
Has experience in handling events
- Willing to work onsite at Ermita, Manila
