- Job Title: Graphic Designer
OV Realty Group is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and marketing materials to support our real estate operations and brand identity.
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that align with OV Realty Group's brand standards and objectives.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our marketing materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
