Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Artwork Management: Receive client artwork and save it as PNG files
Specification Review: Determine if design specifications meet tolerance for the requested decoration method. If issues arise, document them and make necessary corrections
Data Entry: Enter finalized designs into Antera and set up new and existing artwork in the ERP system for order processing
Job Tracking: Move job cards through Kanban lanes to maintain visibility in the workflow
Software Utilization: Use Hatch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create specific files for production, including colorways and PNG setups
Quality Assurance: Note potential quality issues in artwork to discuss during client proofing and ensure all designs adhere to quality standards
Digitization Management: Maintain the backend process and dashboard for the digitization of embroidery files
Workflow Organization: Keep an organized and efficient artwork database and follow all established processes and procedures
