Core ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and designing multimedia and communications assets across digital and offline media that will strengthen the company's brand through creative and impactful graphics.
Creates visuals that are primary focused on content and digital marketing that reflect the company's style and tone
Creates, edits and publishes content for social media posts, website assets, and other Marketing communications material
Support the development and roll-out of communications, brand, and visibility concept and materials.
Conducts photo/video shoots in office, branches or out of base sites
Develops new design concepts/layouts for the company's graphics
Coordinates and negotiates with different third-party suppliers to produce any Marketing materials needed
Support community outreach activities by documenting them.
Assess needs for software and hardware requirements
Follows established timelines to meet the department's objectives and deadlines
With pleasing personality, good work ethics
Must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, multimedia/advertising design, or fine arts
With at least 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Understands marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product development, advertisements, and multimedia design
Must be proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
Must be highly creative with an eye for design
Must have good photography and videography skills
Creative, pro-active with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
Must have knowledge in video editing
