Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Division and other Departments to creatively execute all assigned artworks and/or layouts;
Responsible in social media posts to maintain brand updates
Create, design and produce layouts, streamers, charts, graphs, and other related products and marketing information for use on labels, promotional giveaways, catalogs, guides, web site and all other collateral material used for Sales & Marketing;
Work with Sales Department to come up with a competitive collection of designs for the brand;
Coordinate and track job request for timeliness and accuracy. Follow established timeliness to meet the department's objective and deadlines;
Coordinate with third party suppliers regarding quotation, printings and other services needed by the department
Coordinate with internal departments in implementing stores perspective (e.g. logistics)
If necessary, coordinate with store representatives about implementation of marketing related activities
Design and update collateral and signages needed by stores.
Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time
