Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Content creation and scheduling of daily posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Monitoring and compilation of customer reviews/complaints on interactive restaurant platforms such as Zomato and Trip Advisor.
  • Creation of a monthly newsletter.
Creation/updating of all layout/design of collaterals such as posters, flyers, brochures, hand-out materials, menus, tent cards, mailers, invitations, and social media content for all marketing activities, features, signage, and events.
  • Printing and production of collaterals for distribution to branches.
Coordination with external suppliers for quotation requests and printing.
  • Assisting in the organization of events, logistics, and photo documentation.
Maintaining/collating the customer database of the branches.
  • Maintaining the mailing list (archives, current).
Meeting with external companies to discuss any offers to partnerships/proposals.
  • Coordination with other departments to execute events and marketing activities.
Preparation of minutes for various meetings with the Marketing Team.
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Assist in devising and evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
Attend meetings to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
  • Lead the smooth and organized implementation of promos and events that will ensure customer satisfaction, which includes logistics, closing event details, and sponsors/suppliers execution.
Responsible for project conceptualization and implementation, ensuring high standards, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
  • Initiate projects and activities that support marketing strategies and objectives.
Distribute and monitor all merchandising collaterals and other related logistics (before and during the activity), and secure all excess materials with proper inventory for future use. Ensure timely and clear coordination with suppliers giving enough lead time to secure quality products/services rendered.
  • Prepare reports and analyses of market profiles, food preferences, shopping trends, progress, and other relevant developments in the area which may be used as inputs in developing marketing programs in coordination with the operations and/or other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
