The Graphic and Marketing Officer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and analyze marketing data to drive business growth.
Oversee a team of marketing associates and interns in terms of planning and execution of marketing strategies.- Take ownership of marketing plans, campaign schedules, and delivery of highly effective marketing and customer engagement as well as brand awareness.
Create high-impact activities to generate impressions, leads, and direct sales opportunities for the business.
- Produce innovative and cost-effective campaigns and promotion activities across a range of marketing channels including email marketing, social media marketing, print, online, outdoor, and press advertising and events.
Manage, implement, and innovate the content of our websites and social media channels.- Track, analyze, and report the results of marketing campaigns and projects.
Produce campaign/project reports on key metrics set within the campaign brief.
- Ensure the campaign/project is run within the budget and costs are kept to a minimum.
Keep track of the sales performance of the active campaigns.- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of forthcoming marketing activities.
Be up to date with the latest news, trends, and competitive landscape, etc.
- Create graphic content, captions, videos, posters, campaigns, and collaterals for the company.
A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles can be beneficial.
Skills in photography, video production, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) are a plus.
- Experience in a similar role, typically 2-3 years, showcasing a portfolio of previous work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and visual content.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong writing skills for content creation and excellent verbal communication for collaboration with team members and clients.- Ability to present ideas and campaigns effectively
Understanding of brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials.
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization to enhance online presence.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms to engage with target audiences.
