Our client is a world-class integrated resort & casino development in Cebu City, the region's ultimate leisure and entertainment destination with redefined luxury in gaming, dining, retail, and recreation lifestyle. It includes restaurants, bars, a mall, a convention center, casino, park, theatre, and a hotel. The hotel is the first authentic 5-star hospitality brand in the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in structured rotational training across various departments
- Assist in the daily operations of assigned departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at driving innovation, improving processes, and enhancing the guest experience.
- Engage in leadership training sessions and workshops to develop essential management skills.
- Interact with guests to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and resolving any issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Casino, or a related field preferred
- Fluent in English to communicate with colleagues and other foreign customers.
- Fluent in Korean or Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Korean-speaking and Japanese-speaking customers.
- Passion for the tourism and hospitality industry, with a strong desire to pursue a career in this field.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Cebu City, Philippines
- Working Hours: 48hours a week
- Monthly Salary: USD 3,500
- Employment Type: Full-Time (4 years contract at a start and able to extend longer)
- Flight (1 time upon onboarding the job), Housing, Transportation(between home and resort), Meals during working hours provided
