DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INGENIUM TEACHER- Prepare appropriate lessons following Ingenium's curriculum on the assigned subject(s)
Communicate with supervisors and/or co-teachers, both informally and formally through verbal and Incident Reports, respectively, relevant academic and behavioral concerns regarding their students; and coordinate with the Guidance Office, Clinic, Prefect of Discipline, Student Support Coordinator, and parents regarding the need for support for at-risk students.- Participate actively in school ad hoc committees that may be formed for school-wide events and/or to meet administrative requirements;
Observe proper decorum and uphold his/her integrity in everyday transactions with students, parents, co-workers, the School, and the community; this includes dressing and conducting himself/herself in a professional manner befitting his/her role as teacher and role model for the students of Ingenium.
- Model to students Ingenium's core values of CIVITAS, SAPIENTIA, and CARITAS, as well as its striving for excellence in all aspects of education, learning, and character formation.
Undertake other tasks that may reasonably be assigned to him/her by the School President and Director.
