Liaisons are responsible in coordinating various activities with other groups and agencies that are responding to
company needs.
Coordination with different Government Agencies (City, Philhealth, DOLE, SEC, BIR etc.)
Submission & filing of documents in compliances as required on time with filing of payments.
Process documents as per instructions of the requested department.
Attends and participates in meetings and seminars as reqd
Assist the Payroll and Tax Specialist in preparation of monthly and annual government remittances
(BIR, SSS, HDMF and Philhealth)
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related studies.
Must have a Driver's License (professional/ Non-professional)
Preferably with own Motorcycle
At least 1 2 years experience as Liaison Officer.
With background in processing government documents or related fields
Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be a goal oriented person
