Responsibilities:- The purpose of this role is to provide strategic governance structure and advice to establish and maintain the highest standards of governance.
This include design and implementation of effective corporate governance of the Conglomerate, working closely with the President with accountability to the Board of Directors.- Shall lead the development and management of frameworks on risk management, record information systems, regulatory compliance and other processes to be used by the organization.
Will serve as the main adviser on ensuring controls and processes are implemented to allow businesses to grow flexibly while ensuring management of risks and adherence to compliance.
- Shall ensure that parameters and value thresholds are clearly set to guide the different businesses in the practice and conduct of their own operations.
At least fifteen (15) years of experience in Key Leadership roles across Governance.
