The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads PPC Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage and optimize our clients PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up accounts, conducting in-depth keyword research, managing bidding strategies, optimizing performance, and handling negative keywords. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our client's campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Google Ads accounts for clients, ensuring optimal performance across campaigns.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement best-in-practice strategies for Google Search Ad campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance key performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and cost per conversion.
  • Implement and manage negative keyword lists to improve targeting and reduce wasted spend.
  • Ensure landing pages align with ad strategy, optimizing user experience, ad quality score, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize Google Ads Editor for bulk edits and efficient campaign management.
  • Establish and manage conversion tracking systems and attribution strategies to accurately track performance across marketing channels.
  • Discover and implement best practices for Google Local Service Ads to drive optimal performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain systems, templates, and SOPs to ensure efficient advertising workflows and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure PPC strategies align with overall marketing goals.
  • Lead, train, and manage the advertising team to achieve KPIs and adhere to SOPs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and Google Ads.
  • Provide transparency to management through detailed reporting.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and account optimization.
  • Experience in managing accounts for clients in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industries is a plus.
  • A marketing mindset to be able to review and suggest improvements to our targeting, headlines, and marketing copy
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and organization skills as a remote worker
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection
