INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR ASSISTANT Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about golf simulator features, pricing, and promotions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Equipment Operation:
Set up and operate golf simulator equipment according to established procedures. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
Food and Beverage Service:
Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area.
Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the golf simulator area and surrounding facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Stock necessary supplies and equipment.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of golf simulator features, golf equipment, and available products and services.
Sales:
Upsell additional products and services, such as additional food and beverages, or extension of playing time.
Problem Solving:
Handle basic customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Training:
Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills, including interpersonal and communication abilities, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software and equipment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry golf equipment.

The Golf Simulator Assistant works in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying equipment, and working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
