Job Description

We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel CRM Expert to join our team and optimize our customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoHighLevel, a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and a proven track record of managing and improving customer engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Oversee the setup, customization, and daily management of the GoHighLevel CRM system.
Campaign Development: Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and social media, using GoHighLevel's tools.
Customer Journey Mapping: Create detailed customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints and enhance the customer experience.Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of GoHighLevel with other tools and platforms used by the organization, such as websites, e-commerce platforms, and other marketing tools.
Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to team members on GoHighLevel features and best practices.
Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve CRM workflows, automation sequences, and customer outreach strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on CRM performance, campaign success, and customer feedback to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience working with GoHighLevel CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM setup, customization, and management. Familiarity with API integrations and marketing automation tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,
  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Evening shift
  • Night shift


Experience:
  • GoHighLevel Automation: 3 years (Preferred)
API Integration: 3 years (Preferred)
working with start up company in the US: 1 year (Preferred)
