This is a full-time remote role for a Thumbnail Designer at CALI Creatives. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for designing and creating captivating thumbnails for various digital platforms. They will work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and visually striking designs that represent our clients brands. The Thumbnail Designer will also be responsible for incorporating feedback, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting project deadlines.

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
• Experience in designing captivating and eye-catching thumbnails
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and audience engagement
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the creative industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
