Your Role

  • Leading the Global Trade and Regulatory team to support the operational activities in GBS+ Manila and ensuring efficient and effective provision of services to our stakeholders in APAC (Supply Chain & Master Data Management) and globally (Product Developers, PSRA, Purchasing)
  • Manages the annual capacity review planning, problem solving and smooth operation of the team.
  • Ensures KPI targets are met based on Service Level Agreement; Align with Process owners in case of necessary changes and adjustments
  • Leads/Steers projects and migrations specific to Global Trade, but extends support to the Regional Team and the business for implementation of new process relevant for new regulations executed by authorities
  • Provides guidance to the assigned key users in Regulatory for the completion of all tasks relevant to the process
  • Organizes and executes regular governance meeting within the team; Handles strategic meetings with stakeholders to providing update on KPIs, team achievements/challenges, and resources

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; Professional certification/ licensure is highly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience in leadership position and seven (7) years of experience in Global Trade (Import / Export/ Customs Management) and/or Regulatory process; Preferably within global FMCG or multinational consumer-driven organizations
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Capable of articulating complex and highly technical ideas to diverse audiences within and outside the organization
  • Should have the ability to handle high-level and global stakeholders, steer strategic projects, and experience in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
  • With a strong mindset for continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
