Position Responsibilities
This position will support the Global Sourcing Center initiatives primarily responsible for generating high-quality candidates for Deltek offices hiring requirements globally through various candidate resourcing channels. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with on-region Talent Acquisition Teams.
- Closely work with regional TA counterparts in determining the best-fit talent for the regional requirements
- Monitor candidate resourcing tools assigned by regional TA leaders
- Meet and exceed target profile submissions on a weekly/monthly basis
- Provide process improvement insights to the team to further improve the services and capabilities of the Global Sourcing Center Team
- Presents talent data and trends to influence hiring strategy if needed
- May be assigned some end-to-end hiring tasks from time to time
- Engage in Talent Acquisition initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in an IT / technical recruitment environment
- Good working knowledge of various candidates resourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Monster, and other job boards
- Hands-on sourcing methods (eg. Boolean Searches)
- Experiences withApplicant Tracking systems
- High Customer Focus
- Experience in working with global counterparts and hiring managers is highly preferred
- Exposure to end-to-end hiring practices is preferred
- Exposure to market insight tools is preferred
- Exposure to the hiring of various corporate positions with a focus on Sales, Finance, Software Customer Care positions is preferred.
- Willingness to work on a mid-shift (4 pm to 1 am) but open to work with varying schedules if needed
