The Global Delivery Centre /Vestas HR Shared Services comes under People & Culture (P&C) - P&C Enablement that oversees the global delivery of HR Services. Currently, we have two delivery centers-one located in Manila, Philippines, and the other in Chennai, India.
Our purpose in Global Delivery Centre/Vestas HR Shared Services is to deliver effective HR Services for Employees and Business Growth. Our mission is to enhance the range of services we provide through process optimization and team capacity expansion, ensuring a high rate of First Time Right, and improving employee experience and satisfaction scores. We aim to standardize processes and maintain high data quality, operating with efficiency and effectiveness. We envision a sophisticated HR Shared Services delivery model that seamlessly integrates technology, quality, and employee experience, adapting to the evolving needs of our employees and the business. Our multi-tiered structure enables efficient service delivery, while a centralized knowledge base serves as a valuable resource for both our agents and employees.
This position offers you a unique possibility to work with committed and professional colleagues globally. This position is based out of Pasay, Manila and it is a hybrid work setup (10 days office a month).

Responsibilities
Support businesses to deliver training courses
Handle tickets to resolve end user's requests/problems during the learning process
Support and maintain the Global Courses catalog, including generic soft skill courses and leadership development courses owned by Global Learning & Development
Project participation in global learning & development projects
Support Training Coordinator to understand the system
As the training administration role in the MyP&C learning module to organize courses
Be the coordinator for the Global Course Catalogue
Has overall responsibility for course master data management.
PO/Payment re-allocation process for Global Course Catalogue
Access controlling for qualified Training Coordinator
Create/Maintain Course Items/Classes/Curriculum/Assignment Profile/Program/Survey/Instructor
User management, including assign/enroll/remove
Reporting
Qualifications
HR background (Bachelor's degree within HR OR experience from HR services in an international company)
Service Minded
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers
Fluent in English (oral and written) and preferably a second e.g. Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Chinese
Experience in handling disciplinary actions and dialogues with manager
Improvement mindset and practical approach to problem-solving
Quality-oriented and structured approach to tasks
