Role Purpose
As a part of the Work Dynamics Global HSSE Centre of Excellence team, the successful candidate will be accountable for leading the HSSE analyst sub-team supporting the global, regional & local teams as part of an effective Global Work Dynamics HSSE platform.

- Effective administration, reporting and advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret more challenging/complex HSSE analytical data and issues, and accurately complete and update HSSE information on software systems, etc.
- Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills to foster relationship at all levels.
- Ability to implement and oversee appropriate escalations to address critical issues when needed.

- Completed moderately complex tasks or significantly contribute to projects or manage programs global project covering many different cultures and languages.
- Nature of work is independent Ability to work independently on projects/activities due to night shift timings.
- May be responsible for moderately complex and/or on a moderately large scale (3,500 suppliers already reviewed)
The Global HSSE Lead Analyst will lead a sub-team to provide support to the Work Dynamics Global HSSE Reporting & Assurance Lead in achieving consistent and standardized administration and analyst support.
The Global HSSE Lead Analyst will also work closely with HSSE colleagues as well as Operations Team Subject Matter experts to ensure effective support to day-to-day HSSE operations.
The key objectives of the role-
- Work collaboratively with HSSE and other functional teams to ensure a One JLL approach.
- Effectively manage, lead and develop the HSSE analyst sub-team.
- Ensure HSSE documentation reviews, reporting and administration updates are managed effectively.
- Work with HSSE subject matter experts to develop JLL-specific HSSE documents.
- Format, review, and edit complex HSSE documents to conform to required templates.
- Lead the review of documents and media for new clients, accounts, or organization transitions.
- Manage the deliverables of the sub-team on time whilst exceeding client expectations.
This is an exciting role for the right candidate that can bring together, an eye for detail, in leading the HSSE function, using their technical experience together with collaboration with the wider HSSE team to both identify and deliver meaningful analyst support that meets JLL Objectives. This role has visibility to global senior levels within the firm therefore the ability to communicate effectively in both written and in person is critical.

- An HSSE professional with a personal passion for and commitment to HSSE excellence and professional qualifications/memberships appropriate to the role, e.g. NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
- BOSH for SO3 certificate
- Experience of data governance to ensure accuracy, security & continuity of data.
- Experience of monitoring, analysis & of management data to identify opportunities for improvement
