We are looking for Global HR Assistant to join our HR & Recruitment team that consists of 8 colleagues.
We are sharing new ideas and knowledge across the team and helping each other. We enjoy creative approach while maintaining high quality delivery of all HR services to our colleagues in our Czech and Danish offices.

Your responsibilities as HR Assistant
The position is placed in Philippines, and you will be a part of a team, who ensures professional and smooth HR support and procedures for the Aeven organization across Denmark and Czech Republic. You will become an HR Assistant, working with a variety of administrative tasks to support our HR services towards the organization.

Work Schedule
Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
